Queer Storytelling Night
Ever wanted a space where queer stories could be spoken — not whispered?

Rainbow Voices is a live storytelling evening where LGBTQ+ individuals take the stage to share personal stories from their lives — stories of identity, family, love, struggle, humour, healing, and everything in between.

Some stories are funny.
Some are tender.
Some are heavy.
All are real.

This is a space for queer folks to reclaim, reshape, and share their narratives — on their own terms, in their own voices.

Because when we change how we tell our stories, we change how we hold our lives.

While storytellers identify as queer, the audience is open to all who wish to listen with respect, curiosity, and care. Allies, friends, family, and community members are welcome.

💜 Why this event exists
Queer stories are often misunderstood, erased, or reduced to stereotypes.

Rainbow Voices creates a stage where lived experiences can be witnessed in their full humanity — not as headlines or debates, but as personal truths.

Storytelling builds empathy.
Visibility builds community.
And being heard can be quietly transformative.

🎤 Your host
Ángel Alejandro Agramonte (He/Him)

Full time retail manager and part time psychology student, as well as a proud dog and cat parent. In whatever free time I can find, I enjoy swimming, going to the gym, spending time with friends, and as of recently, learning a new language. I’m also a big fan of horror movies and Thai dramas.

As your host, I aim to help create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and respectful for everyone.

🎟️ Fundraiser

100% of proceeds go to RainbowAsia, supporting safe spaces and programmes for LGBTQ+ youth.
