This reflective workshop invites participants to slow down, tune into their senses, and engage in art-making to explore, experience, and express the feelings our bodies may be holding. In daily life, we may encounter emotions and sensations that we feel curious about, dismiss, or struggle to name.
This workshop offers a gentle and supportive space for us to attune to these experiences with care. Through guided facilitation and creative processes, participants are invited to notice, honour, and give form to these felt experiences, fostering reflection and a deeper connection with self.
