Resolving Conflict
If you violate our Code of Conduct, Proud Spaces staff and volunteers reserve the right to ask you and your group to leave.
We also reserve the right to take necessary actions in the interest of safety and proper operation of the space. Violators may be temporarily or permanently suspended from using the space. In emergencies, we may also contact the relevant authorities.
For your own safety, do not intervene if you witness any violations by other visitors. Approach a staff member or volunteer for assistance immediately and allow us to address the situation.
If you feel that you have been treated unfairly by our staff or volunteers, or wish to provide feedback about your experience, you may contact our team at hello@proudspaces.sg. Your concerns will be addressed by the Executive Committee.
Wherever possible, we will support opportunities for suspended individuals or groups to re-engage with us on a case-by-case basis.
