Celeste Ang, Principal at Baker & McKenzie Wong & Leow

Celeste is a principal in our Baker & McKenzie Wong & Leow’s Dispute Resolution and Employment Practice Groups. She has been recognised as a ‘Litigation Star’ in the Labor and Employment space by Benchmark Litigation Asia Pacific 2023 and has been ranked Band 1 in Employment in Singapore by Chambers Asia-Pacific since 2019 to date.
With over 20 years of experience, Celeste has represented multinational clients in arbitrations and court proceedings and advises clients on a wide range of employment and employment-related issues, with a focus on contentious or potentially contentious issues. She oversees our Firm’s ID&E initiatives in Singapore.

Nathalie Yan is a Human Resource Development professional with over 17 years of experience in the Talent, Learning and DEI field. She is passionate about harnessing people’s potential and building inclusive work environments to help organisations achieve performance excellence. Her experience ranges through multiple industries including technology, financial services, FMCG and retail. Nathalie holds an MBA from INSEAD with a coaching certification from New Ventures West.
Leow Yangfa, Executive Director at Oogachaga

Yangfa has more than 20 years of experience working in various social service organisations, including in suicide prevention (with Samaritans of Singapore, SOS), and social service planning (with National Council of Social Service, NCSS).
Having joined Oogachaga in 2013, his current role includes providing LGBTQ-affirming counselling, volunteer management, conducting community outreach, professional training, engaging corporate partners, media relations and fundraising.
Andrea Chong, Psychodynamic Psychotherapist at The Psychology Practice

She/her
Andrea spent 13 years at the Institute of Mental Health/Woodbridge Hospital (IMH) in Singapore and was a senior member of the Psychology Department and Psychotherapy Services. In addition to psychotherapy, Andrea is adept at conducting psychological assessments (IQ, neuropsychological, and personality) for medical/legal/forensic purposes.
With a trauma-focused approach to psychotherapy, Andrea is a non-directive and unassuming therapist who looks beyond diagnostic labels and who values the creation of a safe therapeutic space to hold her clients.
