Pink Fest x Proud Spaces

Creating truly inclusive events goes beyond just meeting accessibility requirements—it is about designing spaces and experiences that welcome all participants, regardless of their abilities.

Join us for a panel discussion on the importance of accessibility and inclusivity in events, featuring disability advocate Shalom Lim, who will share his lived experiences and why access is essential for him. Our expert panel, including Kathy, Director of Inclusive Careers Fair, and Minjie, Accessibility Specialist and Training Developer at Equal Dreams, will explore practical strategies to ensure events are designed for diverse needs.

Following the discussion, we will launch the Inclusive Event Guide, a resource prepared by Proud Spaces and Pink Fest. This guide will walk you through practical steps to make your event more accessible and inclusive, ensuring that every attendee feels welcome and valued.

Whether you are an event organiser, venue operator, or simply passionate about accessibility, this session will offer valuable insights and actionable steps to create events that truly include everyone.
