Circle of Feelings is a space where we can choose to honestly engage with our feelings. It is an invitation to slow down, listen, and reflect on our experiences. To connect with ourselves as we witness and hold space for our shared humanity.
Our next session centres on LOVE. It is something we all know, long for, give, receive, lose, question, and redefine throughout our lives. Love isn’t just romantic. It lives in friendships, family, community, chosen family, the way we care for ourselves, and even in the ways we struggle to.
Together, we will explore the many shapes that love can take. We will reflect on the people who have taught us what love is, the ways we express it, the ways we hope to receive it, and how our experiences have shaped our understanding of it. There may not be one definition of love, but perhaps by listening to one another, we will leave with a wider and more compassionate one.
We hope to create a safe space for open and honest conversations about our feelings, even when they are difficult to put into words. We want to build communities where support is freely given and received. Share only what feels right for you. We ask all participants to keep everything shared within the circle confidential and to treat one another with care, kindness, and respect.
🎟️ There is a $10 entrance fee for this event to cover the associated costs and as a donation to Proud Spaces for use of the venue.
