This session explores mindful breathing, walking, and (non-caffeinated) tea drinking. We’ll close-off with some minutes of relaxing meditation with some optional reflection on how to apply these practices to the busy work day (and life)! Beginners or people who have a regular (or irregular) mindfulness practice are most welcome. Expected duration is about one hour. Please be on time so we can flow peacefully.

About the Facilitator
Hi I’m Jasmine. I began my mindfulness journey during my teenage years when my dad was exploring meditation. After some stops, re-starts, almost-endings, re-beginnings, the occasional temple, some formal instruction and years later, I found my practice again. Since then it’s been like an old friend whom I lean on.
My day-job has taken me from classrooms to higher education administration, and currently I work in a Silicon Valley based EdTech company. I received my meditation teacher training from the Australian Centre for Mindfulness & Meditation and have completed an RSY 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in addition to Yin Yoga workshops.
I host community practices – in yoga and meditation. I love sharing mindful movement and “applicable” mindfulness – tips for living a calm and regulated life, whilst doing the laundry and waiting for someone to finish typing in Slack. I feel joy in the outdoors, on the trail and on open water. You can follow me on IG: @calmlyjas
