Welcome, darlings! We’re thrilled to invite you to Singapore’s very first Gender and Sexuality at the Workplace that is being offered to the public, where education meets empowerment in the most fabulous way possible! This is an LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion training that sensitises you to the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ persons at the workplace, and how you can kickstart allyship at any workplace.

Biases & Stereotypes

This workshop is conducted by Rain Khoo, founder of DEI Consultancy Dignité, which works on the inclusion of all peoples at the workplace. Rain has conducted training with BNYMellon, Micron, Procter & Gamble, the LEGO Group and WeWork. Rain identifies as a gay and trans man. Rain volunteers with TransgenderSG.com, which provides resources for the Trans & Gender Diverse community.
