What if we could speak openly and honestly about our mental health struggles?
Support doesn’t always have to be loud — sometimes it’s a handwritten letter, a shared experience, or a quiet hand extended during difficult times.
For LGBTQ+ youths seeking acceptance and safety, these small gestures can build unseen bridges, connecting us through understanding and bringing us closer together as a community.
Join us for an honest conversation shaped by lived experience, and hear how these journeys inspired our speakers to step up, get involved, and build organisations that support young people both within and beyond the LGBTQ+ community.
