Many of us long for a relationship that feels safe, loving and that can make it through storms. But it isn’t always easy.

Join Lynn Soh in a heartfelt exploration of how inner work can transform the way we love ourselves and others. A lasting relationship isn’t just about finding the “right person” out there. It begins with understanding ourselves.

In this mini-workshop, we’ll explore:

• How our inner world shapes our relationships
• Why understanding yourself makes for a lasting bond
• Practices to connect deeper with yourself for greater intimacy
