An unconference is a participant-driven event where the attendees create the agenda, ensuring that discussions reflect the interests and needs of the group. Whether you’re looking to discuss identity, relationships, professional growth, mental health, queer pop star, movies, this event provides a safe and inclusive space for authentic dialogue and mutual learning.

How an Unconference Works:
- Upon signing up, attendees will have the opportunity to submit topics or themes they’re interested in discussing.
- Before the event, the top three most popular topics will be selected to kickstart the first round of breakout sessions.
- During the event, attendees can participate in these sessions, sharing their thoughts, experiences, and questions.
- After the first round, participants will have the chance to suggest and vote on additional topics for the second round of breakout sessions.
- Attendees are encouraged to move between sessions if they feel their interests or contributions align better elsewhere — this is known as the “law of two feet.”
Unconference Rules:
- Whoever comes are the right people – The people who attend each session are those who bring the right energy, insights, and perspectives.
- Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened – Embrace the spontaneity and creativity of the moment.
- When it starts is the right time – Sessions begin when participants feel ready to engage.
- When it’s over, it’s over – Sessions conclude organically when discussions reach their natural end.
